            As I settle in to my position as Director of Institutional Advancement, I am getting to know Saint Joseph High School, its faculty and student body and I am eager to start promoting the wonderful asset that this school is.

 

            As the Director of Institutional Advancement, I will be responsible for the following:

 Enrollment Management

             ¨Develop programs for the recruitment and retention

               of students which will attract (and retain) students in

               sufficient numbers to support and expand programs

 

Fundraising

            ¨Develop a comprehensive plan to successfully raise funds

             through annual giving, endowment and special events which

             will support the programs and technology needs of the school

 

Constituent Relations

             ¨Create and sustain relationships through special events,

              publications, and communication with primary constituencies:

              alumni, parents (both current and past), board members, donors

              and donor prospects, grandparents, corporations and foundations

     

Public Relations

             ¨Development of materials such as a newsletter, brochures, press

               releases and advertisements that will effectively market Saint Joseph

               High School.

 

Mrs. Domenico has already made exciting changes and she has many more planned for the coming year. It will be my duty to integrate all of the aspects of my job to effectively raise the bar at Saint Joseph High School.
